2002 Chevy Monte Carlo i need help

i have a problem with my chevy on monte carlo ss 2002 i am not sure if it is transmission problem but everytime i start the and put it on reverse the kicked and make a noise i was wondering if you can tell me why it does that than u?

Make sure the motor mounts and trans mounts are good and not broken. Let me know if you understand how to check.
