My horn began honking by itself and now the lights flicker as well. Is this an electrical problem?
Is there a simplesolution?

Open the underhood relay center, pull the horn relay out, see what happens, I thinks it's either the relay, or the horn button.

Reply to your PM: Unplug the horn use a test light and check for a short between the relay and the horn.

First, the horn honked on its own, then the lights flickered and then a clicking sound comes from the all the areas where there are fuses. Now all of these things happen simultaneously unless I disconnect the battery. Local service station couldn't find the problem. Anyone have any ideas?

What I recommend is a trip to Chevy, have it scanned for Body codes, the BCM might be loosin it!
