what can be wrong with my a/c cooling fan if it doesnt turn on when i turn on the air in my car and everytime i put a new fuse in the car it blows out.

Hello, which fuse is blowing ( ac blo 25 amp)? Take the blower connector loose, use jumper wires to run voltage and ground from the battery to blower connector, use inline fuse. If the inline fuse blows, maybe something wrong with the blower motor.
