2001 Chevy Monte Carlo wipers

Wipers wont go down all the way or shut off unless you hold them down at the same time you turn off the switch then they will go off but wont go all the way down. Started after they had alot of snow and ice built up under them

We can go through the test procedures if you like, but I am expecting this to end up as a bad wiper module located on the top of the motor. The PArk switch was probably damaged.

Best bet is to buy the NAPA one that has both the motor and module together.
