when driving I get a knock or bumping sound from the front end apparent when not accelerating and more so as I slow down ,in sync with my wheel movement. At first I thought I blew a tire. I have recently had the bearings replaced and the noise is similar to the one as they were going bad,the difference being I heard the bearings more turning and this is just as I drive.

It could still be a bad bearing.
