what should i do if my car messages me nd says it has hot engine coolent temp?

Hi there,

When the engine has cooled, check the coolant level and top up if low, if it is low you will have to get the system pressure tested for external leaks, if the level is ok, have the thermostat replaced and check cooling fans are working, start here.
