More than likely it is due to a plugged passanger compartment filter. It is located under the cowl on the outside of the car.
1. Set wipers so they stop up high on the windshild.
2. If you look at the plastic the plastic cover were the wipers rest you will see 3 plastic push/pull retainers remove those.
3. Lift the plastic cover up and you will see the passanger compartment filter.
4. Replace the filter and reverse above instructions.
Note: Make sure and put one back in I would not recomend leaving it out as leafs and stuff will get into your blower motor. Also there should be a rubber seal or gaurd that is on the metal piece just above the filter and below the windshield. Make sure that it stays in place if not it will allow water to get into your blower motor.
