2000 Monte Carlo-60k miles-6cyl

2000 CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO

Whenever I acclerate at about 50mph to 60mph the car hesistates hard 3-4 times and then is ok. Replaced fuel filter. Please advise. Thanks :mrgreen:

Hey it might be the cat converter, Loosen the exhaust before the cat converter, and drive it, but it will be loud and you will be abel to tell, I had something like that w/my 02' Monte cost me $550 to get it replace. Hope this helped.
