2000 Chevy Monte Carlo Idle jumping

What is the cause for the idle to be hesitating. It does not do it all the time. When I sit in one position for a while it will start to have a slight jump in the idle. when I also accelerate it has a moment where it will jump. What causes this

Clean out the idle air control valve and EGR valve test the throttle position and manifold absolute pressure sensor-also check for vacuuk leak
