Yesterday while driving the RED VOLTS light came on. After turning off and restarting to drive again, it came on again, along with the amber ANTI-LOCK light. My A/C and radio work intermittently and my battery is at 12v. But after I start the voltage doesn't go up to 14v or 15v like the repair manual says it should. Is my alternator going bad?

Chances are the alt is bad and not producing. Take the car to a nationally recognized parts store and have them check the alt. Most will do it for free.

Let me know what you find.
