When heat or air conditioning is on, I can hear a vibration noise, even worse when on 3, 4 nob position.

The fan is located under the dash on the passanger side. Make sure that it isn't loose. Also, if it is tight, remove it and make sure nothing got stuck in the fan blade.
Let me know what you find.
Joe

Strange, where I live, it has been in the high 90's and 100's, hot and high humidity. It has been at least 15-20 degrees cooler, and there is no noise at all. Would the outside temp have something to do with it? The heat and air works just fine.

Maybe the motor is getting too hot. It may be going bad and the higher temps affect it.
