The passenger side power window will go down, but will not go up. The window isn't off track, just won't go up at all. I have tried to get the window to go up from the driver's side button as well and it won't budge up, will only go down. Is this the motor or something else?

check wiring and if all good
motor is working so its ok
check /replace the window switch
i would say its a wire
