1998 Chevy Monte Carlo oil on spark plugs

Just had spark plugs replaced and there was oil on the spark plug, car is not smoking at all but sounds like it wants to stall when your in park or stopped.

Thiscan be a few things. Alot of people mistake oil on the plugs for what is actually gas on a misfired plug. But the best thingto do is check the cylinder that had the oil for compression. That can tell alot as it could be valve seals, rings etc. For your idle problem, tryusing choke cleaner and clean the throttle plate wth your engine off. Tha causes a lot of idle problem. It will be hard to start after cleaning. Make sure to clean both sides.
