1998 Chevy Monte Carlo code / transmission module unstable

I received a check engine light code of transmission module unstable. The car has recently had a trans. flush and then I removed the pan and changed the filter and added new fluid again. The car will not roll until about 4500 rpm. After every fix the vehicle worked during the test drive but soon after (5 miles) or so the problems came back!!!!!!

Check all the wiring from the TCM to the PCM. If no problem found replace TCM.
