1997 Chevy Monte Carlo Monte Carlo wont Start.. No Spark

My Monte wont start... no spark... i`m thinking crank shaft sensor or camshaft sensor... its been sitting since winter began... went out three days ago and started just fine... got any suggestions... thanks... Stumped in Iowa

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,coil's resistances,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it.
