1997 Chevy Monte Carlo Engine heats when idleing

I blew the top radiator hose and replaced it. Now as I drive temp is fine unless I get caught in long stops
( 3 turns before I get through a light) I checked the fan fuse it's ok. But there are 2 large fan fuses Could this be the problem? If not what is? thanks

Yup! could be the 2 fan relays that's causing it or an engine coolant temperature sensor or switch

Themostat is it in perfect condition?
