Hello, have you checked under the hood? Is the coolant level ok? Does the radiator fan work? Can you tell if there is any coolant circulation?

Are you saying the hvac blower motor doesn't work?

Yes I did check under the hood it sounds as if the fan is blowing, it seems to go in and out when I turn thr car off and sit for a minute and restart the heat wil also work and trhe temp gauge is elevated then after a minute it shoots right back up to hot and then the heater no longer works again I seem to have fluids my engine coolant did though seem brown on top with a blue on the bottom looking like a water and oil type effectcould this possibly just be a thermostat replacement?

Hello, I don't understand about the heater? Are you saying it doesn't blow any air at all or the air isn't warm? Usually if the thermostat is stuck closed, the coolant recovery bottle, where applicable, will fill up in a hurry. I guess it could be the thermostat?

It is blowing out air just not hot air so you do think that it is a thermostat
