Your power steering fluid can leak from several places. First, the power steering pump may be leaking. You also have a low and high pressure power steering hose's that may be the problem. They go from the steering pump to Rack and pinion. And of course it could be the rack & pinion that has a leak, I believe on your car your rack & pinion is mounted behind the front wheels below the firewall. Without knowing where the fluid is coming from its hard to say what is leaking. A little more info on where you see power steering oil will help.
Voltage light, you need to check your battery and make sure it's fully charged, if it wont take a charge replace it. Be sure your battery terminals are clean and making good contact and you will also need to inspect your battery cables and replace them if so. Once you now that your battery is good, you need to check your alternator, it should put out around 14volts. Hope this helps.
