Turn signal flasher location

I am unable to locate the turn signal flasher. I have checked the Chilton manual for this year but was unable to locate it. Please provide the location if possible & whether it is a solid state unit for both Hazard & turn signal

Yes it is one the drivers side under the dash here is a diagram of where it is located.
