1996 Chevy Monte Carlo 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic excemp miles

my monte carlo z34 jumped time and now the person that is working on it said the back was getting the right pressure but the front wasnt.and that one or more of the valves was warped is this possible if the car still wont crank and what does it take to fix it.

Hi there,

First you need to establish why it wont crank over, second do a comp test to see what the compressions are, third if low comps do a wet test to check for a valve problem, when you know this we can determine the best action to take.
