1996 Chevy Monte Carlo cooling fans

Engine Cooling problem
1996 Chevy Monte Carlo 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

replaced the enginebecause thetiming beltbroke replaced all the gaskets but the heads new sensors even the ect the cooling fan only works sometime a/c fan doesnt workat all a/c compressor doesnt work at all but did was blowing the air pumpfuse tested the relays works dont know what else to look for. Any help wouldbe appreciated.

You need to get a wiring diagram and verify that all the connections are proper after the engine R&R. The cooling fans should come on around 190 degrees, and the A/C fan comes on only when the AC is on and running. So at 190 and above, AC on, both fans should be running.
