1996 Chevy Monte Carlo 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My 1996 Monte Carlo is having a problem. Car would only idle. Would not move. Changed fuel filter. This seemed to help. Pressure test on fuel pump showed low. Could it be pulsator. Moves now after changing filter.

If you pessure tested the pump and the prssure was low, recheck it this way, if the regulator is bad change that, if the pressure does not rise during this test replace the pump, it's in your tank! Test equip, can be found here, if needed.
