i hit water puddles and the water slashes the motor and the engine stumbles I changed the wires and plugs and everytime I hit puddles and still stumbles

Chances are there is a coil pack that is getting wet and causing the problem. Open the hood with the engine running and lightly spray water on the engine to see if you can see any shorts. Make sure to do this while the engine is still cool.
