1995 Chevy Monte Carlo won't stay running

1995 Chevy Monte Carlo 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 126000 miles

when I start the car it turns over then stalls it will not stay running even if I give it gas. There are noproblems with the battery I replaced the alternator recently. I need help.

Have you checked fuel pump pressure?
