1995 Chevy Monte Carlo timing alignment

The mechanic who is working on my 1995 monte carlo Z34. this mechanic has never replaced the timing on a 3.4 liter dual overhead cam engine before and for some reason he cannot get the alignment right on the cams. do you please have any suggesstions I really need my car and I cannot aford another mechanic

Take a look at the timing belt diagrams site in this page and print it out for him. See if that will help.
