1986 Chevy Monte Carlo Engine Rebuild Price

My 305 Chevy High output V8 engine has a blown head gasket and i figured while the engine is out of the car it would pobably be worth it to have it rebuilt to since it has 152000 miles on it and is pribably not running at its full potential so i would just like to get an estimate for what it will cost me because if it is to expensive i might just rebuild the carburetor instead and make do with the oil leak

If the engine has been taken care of, chances are it will run for a lot longer. WHere is the oil leak at? Is the engine running poorly?
