1986 Chevy Monte Carlo Car stalls at half a tank

I bought my 1986 monte carlo and had this problem since i got it. My car always without fail acts like it runs out of gas. It stalls but starts right back up. I asked every self-proclaimed car expert i know and noone knows why it does this. No lights come on when it happens. I hope someone knows what to do

try changing your fuel filter and check to see if when this happens undo your gas cap and see what happens , it may be bad an dnot venting correctly.
