My carburetor has oil in it and theres oil in certain spots under the hood wats the problem how do I fix it

Replace the PCV valve your crankcase is flowing backwards-also check the filter on the air cleaner housing and hoses.

I took the carb off and when I hit the gas oil spits out the hose stickin up into the carb on the left side and it smokes out the tailpipe real bad any answers

Actually its not a hose its a metal pipe bendin into the carb from the engine on the passenger side of it

You begining to make me think that pipe is the vacuum pipe to the vacuum modulator for the transmission or the PVC piping.
Where is this pipe coming from the engine you need to be specific.
