1997 Chevy Metro fan&a/c not working

Air Conditioning problem
1997 Chevy Metro 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

fan and a/c was working earlier. went out again and the fan and a/c stopped working. checked the fuses and a/c belt and checked out ok. what would stop the fan and a/c from working at the same time. need fan for defroster/heat.

Could be the blower motor relay and blower switch or the blower motor itself
