I have had fuel line problems with chevys in the past and I am wondering if this is part of the same. I have noticed that the car seems to hiccup or fight me when accelarating. Also now it has developed to the point that it willl not start unless you rev the engine. Am I looking at fuel pump or fuel filter you think?

Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter and a weak fuel pump if okay clean out the idle air control valve and test the throttle position and manifold absolute pressure sensors
