2008 Chevy Malibu 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i put gas in my car and my gas light and gas meter keeps going up and down and the light keeps coming on and off

sounds like a possible level sensor going bad. is it under warranty. if it is take it to your local dealer and have them take a look at it. it may be as simple as a reprogram in the bcm or ip cluster
