Electrical problem
2007 Chevy Malibu 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 80000 miles

THE CAR SET FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND NOW WHEN I FILL IT UP IT BLOWS BACK THE GAS WITHIN SECONDS OF ATTEMPTING TO FUEL. FUELING TAKES 10 MINUTES OR SO BECAUSE FUEL NOZZLE CLICKS OFF. I HAVE TRIED DIFFERENT GAS STATIONS. I HAVE LEFT THE CAR RUNNING WHILE I FUEL. THE VENT SEEMS TO BE PLUGGED OR A FLAP CLOSED. HELP. THANKS.

try taking the vent hose off the tank and the giller top end and blowing it out and blow out the filler neck. then if you can try blowing some throu the vent on the tank it self. there is a anti rollover valve inside th etanka nd from sitting it may be sticking a little. Maybe after driving and other fills after a while it will unstick itself.
