I recently purchased an aftermarket air intake for my 2.2L Ecotec engine. I was told I had to reset the MAF sensor once i installed the new intake. I wanted to know how to accomplish reseting my MAF so my computer can recognize it?

You need to reset your ECM, not the MAF sensor. While you can reset the ECM by disconnecting the battery, I prefer scanning the ECM using a scan tool and then resetting the ECM using the scan tool as well. Battery disconnect works as well, but you lose ALL memory. Your computer will then have to "re-learn" everything, not to mention you have to rest the radio stations and clock.
