2006 Chevy Malibu Noise in front end

I have a 2006 Mailbu 4 cyl. with an automatice transmission. I have been having a problem when the vehicle is cold; however, it disappears when the vehicle gets warm or the temperature outside is above 45 degrees. I have brought the vehicle to the dealer numerous times and they have replaced every component in the front end to no avail. Please advise.

Have the dealer lube the steering shaft slip joint.
