tail lights work some times, but not to day.
also turn signals not working ether. is there a relay some where

I saw a service bulletin that may apply? Check all the bulbs, replace any bad bulbs, also, if bulb socket is discolored, replace the socket, don't replace the assembly, so says the bulletin.

Have the trouble codes checked, There are trouble codes for the turn signals, probably manufacturer specific.
