2005 Chevy Malibu Starting

When I start my car it revs fast and is loud. I had the mechanic come over and he said he put it on the machine and the spark plug wires were bad and need replaced. Then he checked the plugs and said they were for 2.2 and so he changed them again.
He never returned so now I must decide do I have it towed to the Chevy garage or have someone change the sparkplug wires????

i would take it to the chevy garage and have them finish it. they will be albe to help you out
