setting timing chain marks

4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 63000 miles

I need to set the timing chain marks. it is a 2.2L 4cyl, '05 Chevy Malibu. Can someone please help! It would also be very helpful if I can you find a diagram or schematic for the timing chain set-up (setting the marks) online or something. Anything will help. Thanks in advance!

Hello,

You will need to start by disconnecting the battery and removing the timing cover here are all of the timing chain replacement diagrams the marks to get everything lined up (below)

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
