I was recently in a minor fender bender. My car only will start when it is light outside and the front turn signals wont work either. When it is dark out the car won't start. I was told by a friend that I might have a bad or damaged sensor. The vents above the radio were also pushed back into the dash out an inch. Can you please help me figure out what is wrong? I have spent over $300 trying to fix it and it still won't run at night. Thanks for your time in advance.

The engine doesn't know if it's night or day. It may be temperature related. The frst things I would check are the fuel pressure and the temp sensors.
