power steering light came on

Why would the power steering light come on when its supposed to be an electrical type power steering system? What kind of problem could be lurking under the hood?

Hello,

It sounds like the power steering motor is going out which is common here are diagrams and instructions below to help you change it out.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
