MY Gas meter goes up and down on a full tank
my gas reader says low fuel. What can this be

Disconnect the battery and then check the wiring going to the sending unit in the fuel tank, sometimes a loose wire or a bad ground will do it. If that does not help then the sending unit inside the fuel tank is going bad.
