2005 Chevy Malibu 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 70 k miles

fan blower inop on 1,2,3, works fine on 4 and 5 positions,, I had this same problem with a motor home with the same system,, is this the relay that operates the low sides,,, if so, where is this relay located.... thanks in advance

Blower resistor located in air plenum behind glove box just left of blower motor.
