I have two questions:
1. Mechanic put on front rotor/pads for my brakes before I left for vacation. We went on vacation in the mountains and while driivng up the mountain, my brakes started to smoke. is this normal?

2. I had my tires rotated and now they are making a loud noise. What would this be from?

Should have the brakes rechecked for sure
smoke may be of over using the brakes as coming down hills and trying to slow down the car
