I recently ran over a pretty large object in the street and as a result my car got stuck on the object, after finally getting my car off of it, it has now resulted in a mild vibration when I put it in reverse, as well as when I sit idle at a stop light. Can anyone tell me what this might be caused by?

Is the vibration there when you drive down the road or just sitting still

It is only when I sit idle, or am using reverse
