I had a hook nail stuck in the rear passenger tire. Once I got it fixed two weeks later I hear this wee sound as I am dricing down the highway. It does it even if I am driving 30-40 miles. I was told it could be the wheel bearings, but I couldn't find rear ones. Could it be just the tire being pluged from the nail.

With the plug in the rear wheel I don't think that would make the noise, The plugs are made of a composit of nylon and rubber. The rear wheel bearing are in the wheel hub assembly
