JUST FILLED MY GAS TANK AND GAGE GOES DOWN TO EMPTY WHILE ENGINE IS RUNNING. WHEN I SHUT IT OFF GAGE GOES TO FULL WHEN CAR STARTS BUT GOES TO EMPTY SHORTLY AFTERWARDS WHT DOES THIS MEAN?
