Electrical problem
2004 Chevy Malibu 6 cyl 86,000 miles

I have a factory installed radio with xm, one day the radio was no longer able to locate the xm option on the source button. A call to the dealership did no good as they had never heard of this happening before so I'm leary to bring it in to a bunch of clueless folks while paying them by the hour to troubleshoot. Wondering if possibly the xm part disconnected, but no one can tell me where the xm box actually is in the car either. Maybe a fuse blew?

Check the connections on the digital reciever in the trunk. I think it is on the passenger side wheelwell area.

It should be in the right rear corner.
