IS THE TRANS COOLER LOCATED IN THE RADIATOR? IS IT POSSIBLE FOR TRANS FLUID TO GET IN COOLANT SYSTEM WITH ONLY 75K ON THE CAR? CAN I CHECK IT MYSELF AND OR FLUSH IT MYSELF?

Yes the trans cooler is located in part of the radiator, and yes it's possible for the trans fluid to mix with coolant or vise a verse a. What gives you the idea that they are mixing? Is the coolant or trans fluid low? I wouldn't flush the system until the leak is repaired, because you'll just have to do it again later
