Engine Mechanical problem
2003 Chevy Malibu 6 cyl Automatic 66,350 miles

In the last month, I have heard a light putter when driving my car. I was told today that my oil pressure was a 29, and they believed it should be a 50 or 60 and said that the oil pump would have to be replaced. I have never encountered such a problem before, so I was curious to see what an appropriate repair cost would be to replace the oil pump on my 2003 Chevy Mailibu. Thank you!
