2003 Chevy Malibu 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Why don't the doors lock when the car is in motion? For the last couple of days the horn blow slightly when I turned it off or on. Why did this happen? Are they related?

they might be, check your owners manual and see if there is a setting that may have got chaanged.
