2003 Chevy Malibu 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive 45,000 miles
My horn broke when I was frustrated; I punched my steering wheel and broke something inside. My horn kept beeping until my friend pulled the fuse to it. So today I went to Meineke and I left my car there. Then they gave me an estimate of about $450. They told me that I hit the horn so hard I broke it and the airbag. Is it legal for them to throw out the old airbag before I get my car? I want to see that they actually replaced it.
